Northwood Technical College is seeking a professional to teach the Utility Construction Concerns course in our Utility Construction Technician program at the Rice Lake Campus.
This course introduces students to the utility construction service industry, covering system layouts, installation methods, manholes and vaults, facility termination, permitting, excavation analysis, and print reading. Students will also learn to track progress with spreadsheets and prepare operational reports.
This course goes beyond the classroom walls doing hands-on, project-based exercises using industry-standard tools and equipment ensure practical experience. If you have expertise in utility construction management and a passion for student success, we’d like to hear from you!
*This course is scheduled for (T, 7:30am -11:20am & 12:30pm -2:20pm), (Thru, 7:30am -11:20am) 10hr weekly from 1/20/26-2/26/26), 60 total hr.

Non-FQAS Completion $44 / hour
